Nathalie McGloin

Nathalie broke her neck in a car crash as a passenger when she was 16. Paralysed from the chest down with limited grip in her hands, she learnt to drive a road car and passed her driving test with hand controls.

Whilst at university, Nathalie began playing wheelchair rugby and gained a place on the GB national squad. A team mate introduced her to track days and she was hooked!

Nathalie had become a competent track driver and after 6 years of tracking her 911s she decided to get her race licence in October 2013.

She spent a year and a half competing in hillclimbs and sprints in her 997 Turbo
in order to get her licence approved, finishing first in class in her first ever
sprint event at North Weald.

In April 2015, her race licence was granted by the MSA.
Nathalie is now racing in the Porsche Club Championship in a Cayman S run by Mission Motorsport and her first ever race weekend at Brands Hatch saw her gain a best result of 12th out of 19 starters.
